arts. Need to break loose, need to find a place to forget the worries of
everyday life ...

The sessions of cardio-fighting will allow you to have an activity different
from usual bike, rower, elliptical of gyms. We invite you to discover the
techniques of fighting sports and to enlarge your field of knowledge to these
activities. Teaching is based on learning, therefore, but also on welfare.
The key word is accessibility! Anyone can practice and enjoy.

1 - A healthy body...

Martial arts are complete sports, leading all parts of your body to train
enhancing the coordination of actions, but also speed and agility. At the
physiological level, martial arts the most efficient sports maybe after outdoor
activities like nordic skiing. The muscular and cardiac solicitations are
efficient and of course appropriated to your expectations.
Very quickly we can begin to enjoy, to discover the thoughts, the attitudes and
postures specific to these sports through the situations proposed by your coach
specialised in martial arts.
Gradually we learn to have the right and precise movements. Special knowledge
acquisitions will occur at your own pace: punches, kicks, self-defense, melee
are all alternatives that will allow us to vary the sessions.

2 - A healthy mind ...

Martial arts mean moral code, philosophy of sport and life in general. Everyone
progresses at his own pace and takes his pleasure at every level. This is a
moment where you can remove the pressures of everyday life. We learn to
discover ourselves and to monitor our actions and our strength. We overcome
some psychological fences and representations of our own body and its limits.
You will learn your weaknesses but also your strengths through the situations
set up by your personal trainer.

It is a challenge to learn to listen and control ones body. The framework of the
activity that we settle is your place of expression!
