STRETCHING AND RELAXATION

Goal: The advantages of a flexible body are numerous. Stretching is an essential
complement to any sports that you must not forget. Relaxation will allow you to
forget the concerns of your everyday life and to leave your physical training
session with a mental at its highest level.

RelaxationHowever you practice stretching a few minutes at the end of a workout session or
during a complete session, stretching will help you to improve your muscle
flexibility and joints mobility. Note that a stiff muscle is a muscle that is
more likely to break during a violent effort or an unusual muscle flexion.
Stretching reduces the risk of injury.

In addition, you will no longer be limited in your daily movements or blocked by
