Many of you do not really know the food supplements ... Some compare them to
drugs, therefore refusing to touch them ... Others believe that without them,
they will have no result in their physical training ...

So I have inform you about food supplements.

You have to know that :

- they are not dangerous for your health because protein and carbohydrates
ingested in powder or bars are not different from those you can find in
"traditional food",

- they are not essential to get results and I will even say they will bring you
nothing more ...


So where is the interest ?!

The only relevance of the bars or powders is that these foods are convenient to
use! Indeed, it is easier to carry and faster to eat a protein bar or drink a
powder mixed with water rather than walking with a sandwich bread / ham or a
salade ...

So, only use dietary supplements if they allow you to eat more often, stop your
feelings of hunger, boost your metabolism and / or are pleasant to taste. Do
not fear any mischief!
